This was a horrible choice.....no working microwave, soaking wet carpets, rock hard beds and no hot water! Hallways that smell like smoke, even though we were in a non smoking area, and staff that were extremely unhelpful and defensive when issues...

Corridors in the non-smoking areas smelled of smoke.
The toilet leaked so there was water on the tile in the bathroom throughout our visit. Soundproofing between rooms was terrible, so we could easily hear what was said in the room next door.
