For the price we paid,it was horrible!! The hotel is very runned down, the showers were aweful. The front desk people were not friendly at all espically when we asked for assistance on where else to park (by the way parking there is a joke).I must say

My husband and I recently spent our anniversary here and we were stuck next to a room of college kids who enjoyed partying from 10pm to 8am in the morning. We called the front desk to complain 3 times and we kept getting "we can't do anything about it until a manager comes in at 9am!" The staff said they were aware of the problem and did nothing about it. We didnt mind the hotel's ammenities (nice pools, rooms were fine, location etc) But it's pretty sad when your paying $250 a wkend nite to deal with college guys acting like morons screaming out of their balcony and they can't tell them to stop. Would not recommend if you have kids for this reason.

I must say, upon reading some reviews, I was a bit weary of this place. They couldn't have been more WRONG!!! Our room was EXTREMELY clean, very up to date, and offered a very nice view of the ocean. With the hotel being a 'U' shape, we were a side room, 3 back from the front.
The hotel staff was also very nice and accommodating. This hotel is at the end of the board walk so you are away from all the hustle and bustle of the crowds.
The pool is 24 hours [unheard of] and there's a outdoor pool as well, with a deck bar!

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but we had a great stay at the Flagship this weekend. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel was great. I wish the balconies were a little more private, but we were not in the room all that often. I would definitely stay again.

Took the wife and two kids for Memorial Day weekend. We were checked in right away and the room was very clean and neat. Older hotel so don't expect the Hilton quality beds, tv's, etc. Walls are pretty thin so if you get stuck by some partying college kids like we did it can get kinda loud in the middle of the night if you are a light sleeper. But for the money you can't beat the location/amenities; right on the boardwalk(at the very far end so plan on taking the tram or walking 2.5miles to where everything is), oceanfront, indoor pool(which was very nice and not crowded at all), playground for the kids outside, hot tub, etc. All in all we were very pleased with the accomadations for the price we paid.

Overall look of facility indoors and out screams "clean and sanitize me please". Stains on carpets and chairs, wrinkled bed linens, very uncomfortable beds, horrible smells in halls, no security. Did not want my children touching anything!! Would never go back, would never recommend to anyone.

This hotel was a very nice stay for the price. It included all the modern amenities you would expect at a higher rate hotel.Indoor pool hot tub huge outdoor pool and deck includes a bar and a staff member checks you in at the pool to be certain no one other than paid guests are there. Pool towels and a laundry room are also offered for FREE! The staff are very friendly too.Indoor pool is 24 hours.Unreal. The kids loved that.
It is a little dated but a great place to stay. You are located at the very end of the boardwalk with the tram right next door! You have a great area for the beach and an excellent view of the ocean. Much quieter at this end.Convent to everything.
