Filthy hotel experience

This place was filthy! We had never been here before. They take your money at check in. it was recommended by the local Chamber of Commerce. It was booked unseen. The lady on the phone said that the rooms were nice.

We checked in at 1:30, and they told us room wouldn't be ready till 3:00 pm. So we hung around and toured the property. The pool was filthy, with no chemicals. We saw the room. We opened the door and the smell was awful! The beds were made. We pulled the sheets back and the sheets were dirty and filthy. It had a dirty bathroom. Overall, it's a terrible place. We couldn't stay, it's not fit for a dog! They took our money, and wouldn't refund us. They said no refunds after we said we had to leave, we couldn't stay. We're taking them to small claims court on this one.

I am not likely to return to the Flagship Motor Court.
I would not recommend it to friends.
