I am sorry but the hotel was something else. The shower spraded water over the top of the shower and onto the floor and the front desk was told about it and nothing was done. When we went into the room there was food crumbs on the floor and there was hair on the sheets. The TV had the lettering across the top and again the front desk was told and again nothing was done and the TV color kept turing green also the front knew.
I am sorry but I would not tell others about this hotel.

Creshonda Collins took care of our booking and our room at Flagship Galveston. It was great to see a professional hospitality worker who actually cares and listens our needs and does what needs to be done. All other Hotel manegements should hire people like her to keep costumers like us.Hotel is one of a kind. It's the only one on the water so,it's perfect.Don't expect luxury but clean and practical.Location is everything.I will call and ask Creshonda for our monthly Galveston trip rezervations.

We requested a cot and were charged for it. 11PM rolled around and still no cot delivered to our room. We called the main desk and were told no cots are available! We were not informed by then. We then requested extra pillows and blankets in place of the cot, none ever showed up. Couldn't check out, computers didn't work. ATM in lobby didn't work. Don't waste your $150 dollars here. I've had better service at a $50/night motel 6.

I booked this hotel on a site that doesn't show you the hotel only the amenities. I couldn't believe the poor shape of the motel. The room was dirty and in need of a lot of repair. It would be hard to say anything good about the stay except that I left without catching anything. The Continental breakfast was just of packaged muffins and cold coffee.

Excellent
Flapship Inn is the place I recommend to family and friends when they are coming to town. It is on a main road close to stores, gas stations, and restaurants; the prices are cheaper compared to other local hotels; you get a microwave in your room;...
