The buffet was bad. Everything was dry and had no flavor. You get what you pay for.

I've stayed there before and got these rooms comped for the gambling I did the time before. My room was okay, nothing special, but I did like that they had a coffee maker in the room.

It was located not too far from the golf course I played.

I was very pleased with the service.

The location and price are good. It is recommend.

To make a long story short, they gave us a room with someone already staying in it,t’s was a huge safety and security risk. Then ended up in a room with mold and mildew on the ceiling, we were told all the other rooms were full and we couldn't get a refund even if we left. We stayed 3 days and ended up with sinus infections! I am dumbfounded at the lack of service we received.

We like its location.

I enjoy the location and everything in general. The only complaints I have is the live music is too loud on the stage and the change desk by the elevators is always closed. They could also use a restroom in the nickel area.

I like all of it. I will be going back!

I love the hotel but it has become shabby. It needs a facelift.

I loved the lounge singer that was so funny. And I loved the fact that when we asked for a dryer for our hair they brought it to us. I loved that the room was clean and that we had all the towels we needed. But, there could have been more TV channels and they could have had food vending machines on our floor.

It is a clean, basic, well located hotel with a staff that sets it apart from most of the other downtown hotel and casinos. Even though it is slightly worn around the edges, our comfort level at the hotel is extremely high. Again, the caring staff is what makes the difference!

It is in a great location. The hotel is comfortable, with a friendly and unintimidating staff, great bar service but slow table cocktail service.

It was an outstanding stay! I went there for the slot tournament. I enjoyed the hospitality completely. They have a great staff.

My wife enjoys their slot tournaments and we have stayed there several times in the past years. The rooms and the meals are included with the entrance fee.

The bed was very hard and the place was very noise as they started working on the building very early.

The downtown location on Fremont Street was exactly what we wanted. The place is small, friendly and very comfortable and homey. It had free inside parking which we used but we rode the bus to get around the city. The room was very nice but not luxurious.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were there, they gave us advice and direction when we wanted it. They left us alone when we wanted it and they let us know at check in what was where to see and do.

The Fitzgerald hotel was a very pleasant hotel and the rooms were very nice for the price. The food was ok, not really bad, but not really great either. We only ate one meal there at the Limerick restaurant and we chose to eat at other casinos for the rest of our stay. The gambling was good, but the machines were not as loose as they use to be but this was true at all the casinos we went to. We had heard the elevators were slow, but we only found that to be true on one occasion. Overall, we would stay there again.
