Fitzgerald Hotel

The size of the room was fine and the rooms appeared clean although I wouldn't call them recently refurbished nor would I call the furniture antique - more period style. It was good to have a full size fridge and microwave. What was not good was the bed bug I found in my bed I was the second guest that week to find one so I would suggest that the pest control programme is not working very well. I also found that the staff were rather blase about it and any other complaints very pleasant but inneffective The internet was unavailable for most of my stay because the people I reported it to did not pass on the information and I have found it impossible to speak to the manager. They also tried to overcharge me. Very stressful when I was trying to check out to catch a plane. All in I would not go back I am still quite distressed by the bed bug incident and troubled by the bites and I could not recommend the hotel to anyone because of that

First of all our room was completely tiny.

There was barely 18" on either side of the bed. The bathroom had a funny smell emanating from it and the walls were paper thin. But worst of all, in the middle of the night found our room crawling with bed bugs. I had bites all over my arms legs and chest. What's worse, the management didn't appear to care much at all.

We had booked in for three nights but left after only one and they still had the nerve to try to charge us $50 for an early check out fee. This place is truly awful.

This is wonderful hotel. I have stay here for four days and three nights. Their decor is marvelous, and their rooms are clean and have no bad smells. I have stay at many hotels at different price ranges. This is very reasonable price with their comfortable room. My girlfriend and I love this hotel. I would come back and stay here the next time I visit San Francisco.

This is a great place to stay. It's within walking distance to all the nice shopping and fun places in downtown San Francisco: China Town, the SF shopping center, Cable Cars, etc. it was at a great price, and they had great services. It' sin a very nice location.

Their service includes: A continental breakfast, room amenities, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a mini refrigerator, etc. It gives me the feeling of home while having the enjoyment of the city of San Francisco.

The front desk agents are very nice, and friendly. The room service people are great and very honest. It's a great place with great people. It's a great hotel. I love it. I love San Francisco.

The hotel has a good price and is very well located.
