This is easily the worst hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to South Dakota. Not only was it considerably more money than comparable rooms in the area, but it offered less than most $35 a night motels. The sink backed up and overflowed. Half the cable (local) channels on the TV didn't come in. The phone didn't work. There’s no fridge in the room. The continental breakfast served stale doughnuts. We tried to get a refund an hour after checking in after finding the room not up to par for an $80/night room. For this the manager and owner were openly hostile and basically accused us of lying and trying to scam them by asking for a refund. As if I'm running some devious scam by traveling around South Dakota spending an hour in a room and then asking for a refund. Whatever.
If rude lousy service and overpriced crappy rooms is your thing, then this is your place.
