My brother's work truck was broken into last night. Police filling report said they were there NEARLY EVERY NIGHT due to break-in and that the staff there did not seem to care. His was not the only one broken into last night; he knows of one other. No security on staff and no security cameras.
This motel looks good from outside but they put in the back(getto section).
The locks on the doors look like a gang must have forced themselves in.
One queen bed was ok but the other one had big dips in it worn out!
The front desk promised to bring a phone, they did after I went down there 3 times. We had a smoking room with no ash trays, I called but never got one.

The customer service was basically non-existent! We booked a remodeled room over a month ago, and upon arrival we were provided with a very run-down room. Our room had clearly not been vacuumed as there were pet hairs and fingernails on the floor. We called the front desk to ask that our room be vacuumed as we had a 14 month old baby who would be crawling on the floor. Within about 10 minutes a young man came up with a 30 year old vacuum, which swept up maybe, 60% of the crud on the carpet.
During the rest of our stay, we needed a set of sheets for the fold-out couch, and the hotel manager brought a wet pillowcase which had obviously been removed from the washer and we could not use. Later in our 3 night stay, we needed toilet paper, towels, and a plunger; each time we called the front desk, we were told to go to the front desk to get them ourselves. The bathroom door didn't shut, the sink faucet leaked, light bulbs were burned out, the porcelain on the tub had an enormous gash, there were holes in the sheetrock, etc., yet they claimed this was a remodeled room! Remodeled rooms are significantly more expensive. We paid the higher rate, yet got a crappy room.
The pool was ok, but it was filled with unsupervised children. There were no pool-towels, and the front desk refused to give us any to use there. The "hot" breakfast was horrible and was the same every day. I could go on and on. Stay clear of this place.

We had a discount coupon, which the hotel accepted. However, it was good only in the old wing, which was being remodeled. These rooms were somewhat bare, but acceptable for a one night stay.
They suggested that we look at the rooms before we signed in. They took some time to explain the differences in the available rooms.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Fifth Season Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

We used the travelers discount coupon, and they put us in a room at the back and outside.
The carpet was nasty, the bathroom sink was very loose and I had to hold it to turn the water on. Part of the ceiling was falling off in the bathroom. The TV was messed up, and was without a remote. When we complained, we were told that they would bring us another TV, but it would be a very small one without a remote. I fixed the TV myself. I was also told they did not have another room available for us to change to.
I would not ever tell anyone to stay there, and I will not ever stay here again. I will let Texas monthly know how the coupons are being used.

We enjoyed our stay there and the breakfast in the morning. The place was clean and the service was excellent. There were a few things around the building that needed repair, but overall, the place still looked nice.
