Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Leeward Key is located across the street from the beaches of Destin, Fla. Simple in design, this 12 story high rise is located on Scenic Gulf Drive.Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Leeward Key features two pools, one located to the north of the property and the other located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is provided. Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Leeward Key are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units. Please Note: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during Spring Break (3/18/07 4/14/07). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.

They didn't have a room reserved for us even with a confirmation number and we made the reservation weeks in advance! The water in the sink came out in trickles, we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub! Our bed was like a box spring and the head board was not attached to the frame. It banged against the wall everytime we moved! There were huge nasty brown water stains on the wall and on the carpet. I had to wash the bathtub out myself, it was filthy and had hair everywhere! We didn't have a choice since we drove 8 hours and our group was staying there and there weren't any rooms available due to many events in the area . We heard similar complaints from our group. We paid a total of $232.96 for two nights. Deginitely not worth it!
