Overlooking miles of sandy beach, this resort is situated between Nichupté Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, with public-bus access to shopping, dining, and nightclubs. This resort includes a plant-filled pool complex, where a large, freeform pool with swim-up bar cascades into a lower pool; three spa tubs include one in a grotto setting. The water-sports desk arranges snorkeling excursions to the world's second largest coral reef, located at the south end of Cancún Island. The resort features a swimming pool with three spas, a children's pool, full-service spa offering facials, massages, manicures and pedicures, health club, sauna and steam baths and indoor tennis courts. The resort is 2 miles from Cancun's popular Pok-Ta-Pok golf course. After a long day of basking in the sun in Cancun, be sure to feed your appetite at the Kalmia Restaurant. This location overlooks the pool complex and the sea. It serves breakfast and dinner, plus a la carte selections, steaks, sandwiches, and Mexican specialties.

Beautiful hotel, great service! Front desk personnel was definitely both friendly and professional. For instance, we asked it we could be moved to higher floor to have better view of beach...and even though it was not possible to move us the same...

As a first time traveler I found the entire experience exceeding my expectations. Fiesta Americana Condesa is a great hotel to stay; located in the hotel zone yet somewhat away (only 15 minutes) from Downtown Cancun. The hotel's staff is very...

My partner & I stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful time. For Mexico, the room was nice, large, but basic by American standards. But we felt it was a very good value. Do not judge this hotel by American standards. Step out of the...

The Condesa was very clean and beautiful. The only complaint would be that the food in the on-site restaurants are a bit pricey. Especially the breakfast buffet. You'll get a better breakfast for your money. Other than that, the hotel was nice...

Okay
This hotel was nice, but not a 4 star hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is amazing. All of the restaurants are extremely expensive. We got stuck sleeping in a full size bed the whole 7 nights because they did not have a king size...
35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This was a nice/clean hotel. Service/staff needs attention. The drinks and resturants are way,way to expensive, $25.00 USD for breakfast buffet per person, $35-40 USD for dinner per person. Not worth it. It cost $20.00 USD for 2 pina colada's and they were not worth it. In one instance they had 2 for 1 drink special. So my wife wanted a Miami Vice and I wanted a pina colada and they cost the same. So I ordered the 2 drinks and he came with 2 Miami Vice and 2 pina colada's. I told him i did not want 4 drinks and he charged me for 2. The scam is you have to order the same 2 drinks to get the 2 for 1. Now this would not be big problem but we were leaving the hotel to catch a bus and could not carry 4 drinks. He got all mad and instead of just nicley explaining to us the deal, he grabs the 2 pina colada and dumps them and ignors us. How rude. No tip'ola for him. We drank and ate out every nite. The rooms are nice, however the beds are 2' shorter and hard as a rock, and the pillows are the size of throw pillows. "NECK AND BACK ACH EVERY MORNING" Nobody welcomed us and nobody asked how are stay was when we checked out. I wont stay there again just simply because it did not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. If you stay there you will like the hotel but be prepared to be on your own and spend alot of money. Oh by the way, if you want coffee in your room, they offer to you those little three cup coffee pouches in your room for $5.00 USD a pouch, or if you want to save a dollar you can go down to the resturant and pay $4.00 USD for a cup of coffee. Dont forget to take the pen in your room, thats all you get for free at this hotel.
