35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here in the winter. No hot water in the shower. The whole house is dirty and its run by pervs. Not worth it. Stay at a reputable hostel.

Fat Johnny's Last Resort Home Hostel in Chicago, Illinois was a great value for the price. I lucked out and I got my own room for $15 a night.
