28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When I stay at hotels, I like asking myself the question of whether I had fun. Not just the typical, go outside and play kind of fun, but what can I do inside the hotel to have fun. Well Fantasyland is almost a Disneyland without Mickey Mouse. It has an interesting idea of introducing different themes for the guest so they can choose. The list is quite long, so you can go back enough times and still find something new. I found the staff there to be wonderful people, I had some interesting conversations with a few of the workers there. I almost felt as if I was with one of my girlfriends the way I was chit chatting. So you're probably wondering why I only gave it 8 / 10 since I've been saying how good it is. The problem lies in the price. Its perhaps due to the location, but they charge a very high rate for a stay. Its not the typical hotel for someone like me, but its definitely fun!
25 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
During my stay at the Fantasyland Hotel, I had a great experience. The rooms were nice, clean and big. The hotel decor is above average and the hotel staff and service are great. There are a lot of great eats around the hotel which is a plus. The hotel is connected to the mall which is awesome (lots of great shops, theme parks, casinos and restaurants). The only complaint I had with this hotel was the price. Rooms started at about $180-200 per night. I would recommend trying to book on weekdays for some savings. Overall, we had lots of fun at this hotel. There are a lot of things to do since the hotel is connected to West Edmonton Mall.

This hotel is located in a great place, inside the largest mall in all of Canada. That however does make the price a little pricy and can get a bit crowded because it is located in the mall. But the mall does bring lots of choices in terms of shopping and food. The hotel also has different themes. The service was also amazing. They were very helpful with recommendations on where to go and different places to see in the city. Overall this was a beautiful hotel located in a even more beautiful city. I will gladly return to this hotel.
