I was appallad when i drove up to the Resort, HA this is no resort! There were old rusty appliances sitting near the rooms out in the open,but i thought i can look past that maybe they are remodeling.Checked in, and came to the room, and well well.. the carpets looked so dirty like they haven't been touched with a vacum in months, the kitchen counters were sticky with food stuck on them that the cleaning ladies had not bothered to clean off. But i can do that myself right. Until i went to the bedroom and found that the window is broken and will not lock! (we are on the first floor with the walk way right out of our room) I complain and they send maintnance but says that it can't be fixed till sometime during the week.(IT IS SATURDAY) and that they don't have any other rooms, and will not send us to another property. So they expect us to leave our belongings, ie. laptops, cameras, etc. as we go out during the day and hope they are there when we return. I found that the management was rude, and very difficult, while i ran into two employees low on the totem pole and they were very nice and spoke with ease almost calmed me down till i returned. I will not ever stay here again, and im sorry that the is one of blue green properties, because i would have never believed it, since staying in others and they were no where like this.

The location was right on the beach, just south of Daytona and was a fully furnished one bedroom condominium. I was very happy with the location and the accommodations. I had a great time.

We came in very late and the desk clerk was extremely nice. The condominium was immaculate and contained everything we needed.
