Go downstairs and use the bathroom I was told .....
We checked in at this facility (be aware is not a 4 star hotel )The room was clean but the bathroom has a window ???!!! in the room !! Later I had my worst life experience :
Around 2am. I tried to use the bathroom and the bathroom door was closed (locked!)-I called the front desk and I asked for a maintenance help with this door.A women answered and she said that she is the only one person in the hotel /I asked for emergency people or a manager /she said that is nobody in the hotel /she said that she can come upstairs but she is not qualified to open the door/I said ok /I waited couple minutes and I called back the front desk -same lady answer and she said that she can't come /I told her that I have to use the bathroom and she told me to come downstairs (9 floors !!) Be aware this facility doesn't have emergency maintenance during the night ! Bad services ! Stay away ...I paid $300/night and I had to go downstairs to use the bathroom

I love this place where else can you get an ocean view and jacuzzi tub for less than 100 bucks a night. You are right on the boardwalk and walking distance to everything.I'll be back.

After reading some of the reviews, I was not looking forward to staying at the Atlantic Palace. When we arrived everyone was very nice, check in was swift and easy. The hallways are a little "grey" and need a pop of color. The rooms are very interesting, they manage to use every inch of space to accommodate at least 4 people to a room. The bathroom was clean, albeit the "window" in the shower overlooking the living room is strange. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Conveniently located and you can't beat the view. I'll be back.

We liked the idea that we were treated good.
I am handicapped and didn't request a handicap room I didn't realize the Jacuzzi tub was so high when I spoke to the manager, she was willing to move me to a more suitable room and even offered to have someone help me move to another room I just loved the ocean view. I'm 67 and have never stayed in a place overlooking the ocean.
We decided to stay in our room and I managed with the tub. We felt very safe at Fantasea at Atlantic Palace They have excellent security.
We've stayed in many other places in AC and no other place had such good security people. The only thing lacking is a restaurant on site, but there are many good restaurants in the area The Pub was recommended by some hotel guests and we frequented it a few times. You get a lot of good food at reasonable prices

Royal Suites at Atlantic Palace has a new name!! It's now FANTASEA. We so much enjoyed last summer that we exchanged again into a studio as soon as we saw availability on the RCI website. An early check-in and a tip again got us on the top...

My family took me to Atlantic Palace for my birthday. When we arrived, the bathroom locked all by itself. When we called for the bathroom door to be serviced, the staff told us that this happens all of the time and that someone must have locked it. The bathroom shower had no shower head. The bathroom had a sign that if towels were missing from the bathroom, a $10 charge would added per towel. The cleaning staff took the bath anti slip mat from the tub and when I called staff asking for it back they asked me what I did with the one that was there prior. The staff told us that they don't buy shower heads. There was no clock in the room. The staff told us that people steal the clocks so they only give it to people that ask for them There was a Murphy bed with dirt and dust behind it and only three pillows to share with the master bed.
