I made these reservations a month in advance..but what do you know..we get there at check-in time and the room is disgustingly dirty..Housekeeping came to clean it very quickly but the room still needed a good thorough cleaning..the pool was nasty... But no one bothered us there..and we were treated nicely..Honestly the only noise I heard was the kids in the hotel pool next door late at night...It wasn't the worst hotel I ever stayed at..But I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I think we'll spend a little more money on a hotel.

It was fine, I had no problems and check in and check out were easy.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Family Inns of America North Pigeon Forge.
I might recommend it to friends.

Family Inns are great, but the outside sign price is never what they or any other hotel in the area charges. The price changes upon check in. You may be able to negotiate it depending on the time and date.

I am very likely to return to the Family Inns of America North Pigeon Forge.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a decent stay. We had rooms ready in a timely fashion.
