All of 53 rooms have a microwave, Refrigertor, Coffee Maker and Hair Dryer. Nineteen rooms are Presidential Suites. These have 1 or 2 king sized bed 5/5 Jacuzzis. Mini Kitchenettes with stoves and Fireplaces. Hotel offer a 20 person indoor heated Jacuzzi Spa which is great after a long day of fun in Gatlinburg. Hotel have a picnic area with grills. An outdoor pool for your enjoyment on hot summer days. You can fish right from property on the Pigeon River. Complementary breakfast is included every morning. VIP Coffee, Juice and Pastries. Horrible
Jacuzzi was not a 2 person, trim on floor was up, nails sticking up. Bed was not made for the entire 3 nights. No towels. No phone service. NO windows. People at the front desk were very rude.

This room was the worst. After reading other reviews, I can't believe they are talking about the same place.The staff was great.Carpets filthy,bathroom was moldy and paper peeling off. Dead bugs in drawers.A/C cover feel off when I tried to dust off ...
49 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I liked the location (walking distance to downtown) and the view from my room (overlooked a running stream). Comparable hotels in the same location with the same view were more expensive.
