We were grossed out by the bugs, the way we were treated by the manager and the fact that the maid service is not daily, but every other day at best. The place is like a no-tell-hotel, not for family. Manager would not refund for second night. So bad was the place, we contacted the Health Department.

My sisters and I take a vacation together every year. We always stay one or more nights at this inn. We have been going to the mountains every year for the last four or five years, and when we check in, the proprietor is generally on duty and always remembers us. The inn is clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff is never too busy to stop and talk. They keep us up to date on the latest shopping and restaurant news and they are always warm and friendly. We like it there.
I am very likely
to return to the Family Inns of America.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
