We just returned from our stay in a Families First booked home. The sub- contract was with the owners - Lowery homes.. The house had the smallest TV's I have seen in ages. I had a TV that was 13in with a VCR player. The TV in the living area that was small and "elderly" just DIED on us the first day. We could not have "movie night: which our family cherish after a day at the Park. AND NO!! THEY DID NOT REPLACE IT. The message came from maintenance - use one of the other TV's. Yes, lets have the whole house crowd around the 13 inch TV< The house was nice just lacked some things that we would assume was standard.. TV ...In the 20th century at least. Also, we was hoping for some toilet tissue for more than a day... I advise all to find out about the Tv and appliances that they have .. These accommodations can make or break your stay.
