Horrible
No heating. No sense of security and safety. Located on main street through town exposed to vehicle noise during the night and early morning hours. Swimming pool unusable because it was not cleaned. Staff was not customer friendly.

25 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I recently stayed at the Fallbrook Country Inn for a wedding that I had to attend that was literally down the street. I had originally booked my stay online and had already paid my credit card bill. I was so shocked a month later when i received another credit card statement from Fallbrook Country Inn about a month later charging me for the same stay and for a higher price. When I had called Fallbrook Country Inn to get clarification over my bill and to ask why I was charged twice, they were very rude. I had asked for a receipt and copy of the transaction they made. They just said, "I cannot talk. Manager is not here." When i asked when the manager would be in , they said "tomorrow" and then hung up on me. I continued to call for the next couple of days asking to speak to the manager and received the same harsh treatment. I was very disappointed with the way they treated me, when all i wanted was answers. I have since gotten this bill taken care of, however by my credit card company and not that hotel. They still have not returned my messages or given me the answer i want. I will never come back.
