Stayed on floor 18th. Staff is very helpful but the parking is an issue. Valet parking means you pay but park yourself and pick up your car at the basement. They can and should improve on this.
We enjoyed staying there right in the middle of the Ci

This is the second time I have stayed at the Queen Elizabeth and both times have been a wonderful experience. The last stay was during the NHL All Star game Feb. 24th weekend. The staff is very curtious and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to a

Excellent
There was a problem with my nights stay. I was not happy and complained. I was treated to a beautiful suite on my next stay. I can not express in words, how they treated me. Many thanks...

Okay
At $167 per night, I expected more than I received. The staff did not take our reservations correctly, and we spent forty minutes trying to check in. The room was small, the beds were hard, and the blankets were shabby. The toilet was right up...

Horrible
I didn't like it all. The room was freezing because of the air conditioner and the thermostat in the room was basically decorative. I would have been warmer if I slept on the steps in front of the cathedral. Not only was the room too cold but the...

The location was great, close to major downtown connections and shopping. The hotel was very attractive, comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful. It was a bit of a reach for us financially, but the feeling of being pampered on our vacation was worth every dime!
The little extras, such as the newspapers at the door each morning and the more than usually attractive rooms helped make my family comfortable. I felt like the environment of the hotel was a safe one for my nine year old child. The staff was very helpful, such as escorting my daughter to the rest room so my husband and I could eat dinner.
I am very likely
to return to the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

During the July 1st long weekend, we decided to take the kids up to Montreal. After hearing some suggestions from our neighbours we decided to take their advice and stay at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth.
When we got there, we were not too shocked to see how beautiful the hotel looked. It was exactly like how our neighbour had told described. The rooms were large, comparable to the sizes our master bedroom at home. The hotel is placed fairly close to some popular places so traveling was made easy. We did get lost a few times and had to ask the service staff for directions. They were provided great explanations. The only downside is the price. It was perhaps due to the date we went, but the prices were much higher than I had anticipated, but I guess it was well worth it.

You cant say youve visited Montreal until youve stayed at this hotel. If I it wasnt for the fact that I spent time living at the hotel, I wouldve thought it was a tourist attraction if I drove by. The hotel is so large and beautiful that it is hard to describe in words. The price being charged is considered to be fair for a hotel of this class. I especially loved the staff there. They were extremely nice and helpful; a few of them even taught me some important French words so I could get around. Truly, one of the best parts of the trip was staying at this hotel.

I went to Montreal to watch a CFL game and I decided to stay in this hotel for the night. When I first got there I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but the price was better than I expected. The hotel was enormous and so were the rooms. The beds were comfy, the staff was nice, the room service was fast and great. The location of the hotel was easily found and it was in the middle of the city so everything was definitely in walking distance. The bottom line is the hotel is totally amazing and I really want to go again one day.
