The property and our room was beautiful. The people at the front desk were not of the Ritz Carlton school of charm. The water in the toilet stunk like a sewer. When we asked for someone to check it out, they checked out the exhaust fan. Duh, anyone...

We were lucky enough to reserve a room in the resort's Gold area. It was a beautiful room -- big couch, 2 flat screens, elegant linens, huge luxurious bathroom, balcony with furniture. The Gold area gives you access to a lounge area that is...

41 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I have been to Willow Stream the past five years in a row. Although each time I have visited the spa, I had a great time, but the past couple of years have not been the same. One of my main stays is the fitness room in the Willow Stream spa. A couple years back I was delighted to meet a young employee of the fitness center by the name of Miran. I will never forget that name, because he made my stay there every year extremely enjoyable. The employees now are very bland, and borderline disinterested in having a real conversation. I understand its not their job to conversate with the guests, but Miran had a way of doing his tasks, while making my visit to the fitness center amazing.
The princess needs to hire back employees like him, because to be truthful, I have started looking for other spa's to visit due to that simple fact.
Great hotel though, that was just my own personal rant about past experience.
