20 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The pool is the best I have ever experienced. It is fun and it uses the hot springs.

I am very likely to return to the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was horrible. For the price of the rooms, you would expect it to be nicer.

I saw mice running all around the hotel, the fans where making noises, and also the life guards weren’t doing their jobs around the pool area. I requested to talk to the manager, and he was not around the hotel at the time. It was a horrible experience.
