25 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
While relaxing at the pool on a Saturday afternoon at the hotel a patron of the hotel kept saying hateful comments about how the hotel needed to ask for Green Cards for its guess. I took as an offense to that and confronted the guy, and of course he wanted to fight me but I being in a business trip couldn’t do anything. I reported the incident to the front desk, they say they were going to look for the guy. However I doubt they did anything because they never provided me with an update on the issue. So if you are of color I’ll suggest you look for alternative hotel in Dallas.

The service was both efficient and friendly while not being overbearing. The room was a good size. Location only a couple of blocks from Main Street. In its heyday, it would have been a regal hotel but it has withstood the test of time well. A gr
I have to say the rooms were fabulous! But the service was HORRIBLE! They take a really long time to do every thing and I mean everything! Unless you are really patent, I would not recommend this hotel for you.

Choose this hotel for its location, return because of its exemplary levels of service. Also, every hotel is "renovated" now-a-days, but this one really improved the quality and experience of a guest's stay (especially the new beds). All in all, my...

The front desk personal friendly & helpful, Concierge desk extremely helpful and accommodating, rooms clean & quite spacious, and comfortable beds. The reservation department was informative and easy to work with. Although there is fine dining and food available at the bar area there was no moderate restaurant. Definitely would recommend and stay there on my next Dallas trip.

Don't Book this Hotel - Worst Experience in all my years of business travel.
I was in Dallas on business at the Dallas Market, made prepaid reservations through a third party booking - (like travel website or etc.) and was told I had no room...
We were treated to some of the best service we've ever experienced at a hotel at the Fairmont Dallas! It made our stay most enjoyable. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were beautifully appointed and every employee we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were traveling with a group of teenage women athletes and the hotel employees, from the front desk to the restaurant, made them feel welcome and at ease.
The pool was so beautiful that despite the chilly November weather, we had to swim!
Food was excellent in the restaurant as was the service.
