The indoor pool and spa are well kept, with towels available after use. The rooms are large, clean, and neat with a separate bath and toilet room. The TV, iron, and hair dryer are all good quality.

They have very nice breakfast accommodations from 6 am - 9 am in the dining area, coffee, regular and decaf are available 24 hours, all inclusive.

My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience.

It was a nice hotel. We picked it because it was very close to two malls.

It's near Crown Center, Union Station and the Freight House District for shopping and dining.

This hotel is in a good location and has good customer service. I appreciated their attention to frequent-stay membership. The problem with a missing iron from the room was handled quickly by the staff once they were notified. This is a good hotel and it's well-maintained.

I always have a good experience there and stay there frequently.

This Fairfield was pretty new. It was very clean, nicely decorated. The room was very nice and spacious. The continental breakfast in the morning was well stocked, though I thought providing entire half pint cartons of milk for cereal, coffee was a bit much.

I have never seen a cleaner hotel room. All amenities were provided.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because they checked on the pool and the whirlpool to be sure extra towels were provided . Made sure we knew where to locate the best barbeque food near to the hotel.

There was a nice small exercise area and complimentary breakfast.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The employees made sure the pool was completely clean and towels available to the guests. With three kids, cleanliness and availability is very important in keeping me relaxed.

The staff was asked repeatedly to correct room problems to no effect. The staff were sleeping in a common room early in the morning so I had to work in the dark.
