Free airport shuttle, free breakfast, free newspaper, free local phone calls, FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET THAT WORKS, free exercise room, free refrigerator in the room, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and most importantly a staff that will bend over backwards for you!
I needed a ride to my company's Phoenix office about 8 miles away after my rental car wouldn't start (thanks, Thrifty). I had a very important meeting that I COULD NOT be late for. Although they don't advertise a free shuttle to the local area, I explained my situation to the manager, and within three minutes their shuttle had whisked me away to my office! NO CHARGE!
When I got back to the hotel from my meeting, the rental car company still hadn't come to fix the car. The front desk guy offered to hold the key so when they finally showed up, I wouldn't have to be bothered. Later that evening, the phone rings and the hotel front desk guy tells me the car is fixed and the keys are waiting for me at the front desk. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!
