Fairfield Inn by Marriott Pensacola Hotel

My children and I visited Pensacola, FL during the 4th of July weekend. The Fairfield Inn's staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. The staff made my family and I feel very welcome. The complimentary breakfast was excellent each morning.

It is a typical Fairfield Inn hotel. There are always no surprises.

The location was hard to get to with construction. The staff was not friendly or helpful and the front desk phone was never answered. The staff was not helpful when I asked to extend my stay, or to find another local hotel.

They were very quick and complete when I called them to fix the tub drain. I wish they would have a church list for Sundays.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room delivered well on what I expected.

It was a very good stay. I had taken a fall and was unable to walk into the hotel. An employee came out to help me in by wheelchair and did everything he could to make me comfortable. They also gave us a handicap room which made it much easier for me to get around.
