It was a very good experience.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They gave me directions for finding the places I was looking for and were helpful in directing me toward a place where I could check the internet. They also gave me a couple coupon books so I could save some money on local attractions and restaurants.

The staff was excellent. From the front desk clerk to the people cleaning up, everyone was first class.
This hotel made me feel secure: The staff was very alert. The security seemed tight.

I worked for Marriott for many years and know as an insider what to expect and am rarely disappointed, and if I am it is usually at a franchise property who fails to follow SOP's.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: Well appointed rooms and small size.

I think you pay for what you get, but with the Fairfield Inn, you are getting a bargain. It is very clean and the employees are very friendly.
This hotel made me feel respected: I enjoy the hotel. Every time I go away my first choice is Fairfield Inn by Marriott. It is a good hotel and I enjoy the people that work for that company. So far in the past 7 years of staying in the hotel I have never had any problems.
