55 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Hotel has been renovated and has huge flat screen LCD TVs with HiDef. Breakfast was more than I needed and the Front Desk was one of the best I have seen in my 35 years of travel. Location is great to where I needed to be on business. Stayed there last year and Wow what an improvement. A+++

Our family's stay was comfortable and nice. We did not use room service as we were only staying a short time.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Olathe.
I might recommend it to friends.

39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was in poor shape, although it was clean. My complaint about the broken furniture and the poor facilities was completely dismissed by the company. I will not stay in any Fairfield Inn hotel, or any other hotel owned by the Marriot chain, they have permanently lost my business.

I am not likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Olathe.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They have a very professional staff and nice rooms, but the pool was cold.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Olathe.
