Fairfield Inn by Marriott Mount Laurel Hotel

We were in town for a wedding. The room was very clean, the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable (I even removed the sheets so I could discover the brand of the mattress), the bathroom was spotless and large, room had coffee maker, hair dryer, and an iron - great for travelers. Continental breakfast was much more than we expected (gone are the days of donuts and juice), didn't get a chance to try out the pool, but it looked clean and new. The best part was the staff. Every employee we came in contact with was very friendly and willing to help (even the cleaning staff). I really enjoyed my stay and I would reccommend to my friends.

The service was terrible. We were quoted one fee over the phone by central reservations and the same fee by the hotel. Once we arrived they said that the fee was never quoted and they charged double what we were quoted. We even spoke to the manager and he refused to honor the fee quoted over the phone. It was terrible all around.

The place was convenient to clients, highways and local restaurants.

The gym was very small. But the room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was included and it was just fine.

Everything was fine during my stay at this hotel.
