great location. The hotel was very easy to find. It was right off the highway and we had no problems finding it. The highlight of the hotel was the rooms. They had 4 pillows to each double bed which were feathered. The room was clean, and everything looked relatively new. There was a coffee machine and a blow dryer. The tv had many channels ~40 or more. The pool was busy and the whirlpool was busted at our stay. the only thing japanese about the hotel was a newspaper. The free breakfast had a lot of good selections and was very clean. They had an array of cereals, breakfast bars, breads, pasteries, make your own waffles, yougerts, etc. They even had different types of creams for coffee/tea. They are going to come out w/ microwavable breakfast sandwhiches. Overall the stay was good, very clean, but nothing exceptional. You may find another hotel w/ same features, but lower prices.

I usually like the Residence Inn, but they are renovating, and our room should have been next on the list. The carpet was so dirty I kept my shoes on except for a shower and bed. It was dusty, housekeeping didn't bother to vacuum during our 3 night stay.

The garbage disposal sounded like a jet taking off. Housekeeping spent about 10 minutes during their time in our room, which included putting in new towels, and making the bed. Doesn't leave much time for much else, does it? The young fellow who checked us in was great. It's a great location, so hopefully after they finish the renovation things will improve.

It is a good location, close to shopping. It is a nice hotel especially the rooms with the hot tubs are nice. It is quiet and friendly and the breakfast is very good.

The facilities were easily accessible to highways, restaurants and other services. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were neat and clean. I used the AAA discount to get a reasonable rate.

It has easy access to the highway and was close to where I needed to be.
