Fairfield Inn by Marriott King of Prussia Hotel

The location was convenient to the mall and Valley Forge. The staff was exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly. The desk staff and breakfast staff especially. Access to the pool was through a Bally's health spa. This was not a family type pool and should be identified as such. A hotel with pool generally implies family oriented. I felt there was not enough info about the pool prior to check in. However the Bally facilities were very nice and a great bonus for those who could or would use them. Parking could be a problem sometimes.

The best thing about this hotel was that guests are allowed to use the lap pool and the facilities of the adjacent gym. Unfortunately because of the day and time of our arrival and departure we were not able to take advantage of this because the gym was closed. The location is also very convenient. One thing that could be improved upon was the bed, it was really uncomfortable! The mattress did not have enough support but at the same time it was a little hard and the pillows were so compressed they were like pancakes.

I was very happy with the service and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as expected. I like Marriott properties because they consistently meet my expectations. I recommend any Marriott property to others. If I have ever had a problem it was promptly corrected.

They offer good service/facility for the money.
