It's in a very good location right off 35W. It's close to restaurants. They have a fairly good expanded continental breakfast that is included in the price.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kansas City.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel has great beds. But it needed better curtains because light shined through. It was very clean.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kansas City.

This was our second stay at this Fairfield Inn. It was very clean and neat in appearance. The location was conveniently located near where we were visiting. I found a lamp that was broken and notified the desk person upon checkout. She seemed genuinely interested and thanked me for reporting it and assured me it would be repaired before room was re-rented. All of the staff that I came into contact with were extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy their work.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kansas City.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
