We wasted an hour getting to the hotel because of the freeway construction and repeated bad directions via telephone from the clerk.

The only problem was the internet service. It was very sporadic and slow.

It was an enjoyable stay. They responded well to our requests of non-down pillows. They were very clean rooms.

This hotel made me feel respected: We requested non-down feather pillows due to an allergy issue. They responded immediately to our request without making us feel like we were wasting their time or inconveniencing them.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. It was close to restaurants and was right next to the Marriott where my convention was held. They had a nice continental breakfast for those who need to eat on the run.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room I stayed in had a sofa and TV in a separate area from the sleeping area. It was home like.

There were two big parties going on in the hotel until 3 AM. I called the front desk and they didn't do anything about it.
