My daughter and her friend had their personal items removed from a room that had been paid and reserved for them for at least two weeks. No apologies were offered, rude behavior from night desk clerk, no indication that the hotel committed a huge human relations mistake. The staff knew prior to my daughter leaving for the evening that there was a possible mistake in their file, but NO attempt was made to correct it. Huge problem. There will also be letters written to Marriott regarding this particular hotel in regard to the sleazy treatment of paying guests. I will also see to it that there is a negative advertisement to avoid this particular hotel at all cost.
