The staff were very nice and courteous. I had a handicap room, which was nice, but I didn't like the shower. The seat in the shower was very old and rusty and I hated the shower head. Overall, the room was nice and clean. But I would have preferred a regular room. But I would definitely come back again, just not in that room. I was there for the Bears training camp and it was right around the corner. This hotel was in the heart of all the stores and restaurants.

We like this hotel because it is clean, has a pool, a whirlpool, and it is close to the college our daughter attends.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The person who took our reservations over the phone and the person at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

It was inexpensive and a place to sleep. There are three other hotels in the complex, and when we return to Bourbonnais, we'll stay in one of them.
