It is a nice hotel, easy to get to, with a great staff. I will stay again next time.

It is a nice place to stay. Everything you need is close by and easy to get to.

This hotel made me feel practical: They were very friendly. They gave me directions when I needed them.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Birmingham.

53 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was using my Marriott Awards points to pay for the room. I therefore paid nothing but pretty much got nothing. I was given a room adjacent to the office and the room was flooded in the bathroom and had fleas. I tried to get the room changed but was told there were no other rooms available and we were exhausted. We slept in our clothes on top of the bedspread using blankets from our van under and over us. I have never had such a terrible experience at a Marriott, which is usually impeccably clean and in good repair. Since I have stayed in many Marriotts of every variety, I felt this was an isolated case. Hopefully, it is not policy to give patrons using their points the worst room in the hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Birmingham.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
