We were especially impressed by the young man and woman who were at the front desk on January 28th when we checked in (about 2 pm). They were very friendly, they joked with us, and made us feel welcome.

The location was good. My only complaints would be the in room heating and cooling system. It was noisy and didn't do a good job of regulating the heat. It was either too hot or too cold.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bedford Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

25 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

It was fantastic because it was very close to Midway Airport and it had a free shuttle to the airport.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The breakfast buffet made me feel pampered. The selection was much better than any other hotel buffet I have seen.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bedford Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

22 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The bed was rock hard, and the bathroom assaulted the senses with the odor of chlorine. I'm not saying I'm not happy the bathroom was clean, I just don't think its necessary to have that much of a chemical smell. The room was freezing and smelled badly of cigarette smoke.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bedford Park.
I might recommend it to friends.
