I have never had a problem with Fairfield Inn. I have recommended them to my friends and co-workers on several occasions.
This hotel made me feel important: Whenever I needed something done, it would be done immediately and everyone who works for Fairfield Inn shows the utmost respect for all their guests.

I was very pleased with the service considering the time of night we arrived (after 11 PM off the ferry). The juice being always available is a great feature.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They took me in at 11 PM and gave me a first floor room, which I needed. The desk clerk was terrific.

I was actually booked at another hotel but they did not give me a room on the first floor. I don't do well on stairs and they had no elevator. They called Fairfield and I was given a very nice room on the first floor for the same rate I would have paid at the Days Inn. Considering that it was midnight and I had just come off the ferry from Nova Scotia, I was very impressed with the service. I also love the fact that they have juice and coffee available all the time.
