Fairfield Inn by Marriott Austin South Hotel

It was clean. The staff was helpful and it was just relaxing and peaceful.

The Fairfield Inn hotel was very nice, it was in a convenient location, just right off the interstate. It was clean and the staff was very nice. It is a quality hotel for not a so high price.

Everything was very satisfactory, especially the bedding. Once there, all was booked except an executive suite, which I got for the price of a single king room. The only complaint was that the desk clerk was away from the desk when I arrived and could not be summoned for many minutes. No one else was visible.

This hotel made me feel respected: Their manner of speaking, their attempts to accommodate my needs, the room upgrade, and offers to take my bags up to my room all showed concern for my needs.

I liked the hotel's good location, good service, and good value.

The hotel provides good, consistent value. The breakfast included is a wonderful touch.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was always treated properly and with respect. Service at the included breakfast is always efficient.
