The internet site lost my reservation even though had received the email confirmation. The desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic. I had to take a smelly, smoking room, but she made room for me and discouted the rate.

Took a vacation with my 13 year old grandson. He was satisfied with the accomodations and the free breakfast. He would get it and bring it back to the room for us.
This hotel made me feel important: Fast courteous check in service and outsource laundry service.
