The hotel desk clerk (assistant manager) was very friendly and called me by name whenever I passed the desk. The bed was more comfortable than any 'hotel' beds I had slept in previously. The hot tub/pool was very clean and very nice.

Just being at a hotel like the Fairfield Inn was a treat and all the amenities offered were like being pampered and rich, even though I am not, so it made me feel elegant.
