I can't believe that this hotel is making it. The management smokes out front and the customers have to walk thru her smoke to get into th hotel. The elevator is often broken and then pool NEVER has towels. I stay for business and am in the process of talking the company into switching hotels. I have heard comments that are inappropriate in the work place also as housekeepers are leaving for the day. The rooms always have hair from past guests-even in the sheets. I've also found refolded, but dirty towels on my bars. The floors are not properly swept either. The gal that works at night is nice, but needs help, but my concerns to management has not helped this issue. I've gotten my key from a man and a girl at different times and both have been nice, but nice isn't enough.

It was allergy person friendly and didn't smell musty whatsoever.The comfort of the mattress could be improved.“Very nice hotel. Mattresses could use an upgrade, but I would definitely stay here again...

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Some bathroom fixtures were a little low on repair, for example the faucet was pulled away from wall, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had a curved rod that gave a feeling of more room to move. The TV had actual cable, rather than a cheesy service like Lodgenet.
