the manager changed my room that I had guaranteed with a credit card.

She said the clerk made a mistake was not supposed to book me rooms with sofa beds so she had to change them. She said she only had only king size room left for that day but I would have to pay a discounted rate of $99.00 for the room.( I have to pay for the clerk's mistake). I would have to put six people in a king size bed. A credit card guarantee means nothing to these people...

This was a fairly new location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It’s a great value for the price. I expect to stay there again.

The staff was warm, friendly, informative, and helpful. They helped me set up other reservations for a future stay. They were very capable.

It was a great place. The rooms were exceptional and we were quite pleased.

We were in an inside room, and the hallway was well lit. The outside doors required a key card, which helped us feel safe.
