Excellent
My husband has spent many nights in baptist hospital- so i have spent many nights in this hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and they will do whatever it takes to make you feel secure and safe.
36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Rooms were nice. What I hated was the hospitality was terrible. The staff was not able to deal with large groups. Of course with large groups there comes noise. It was a family reunion so naturally there are kids as well. If the hotel does not want people to gather in the lobby sitting area then close it and do not allow guest to use the computer or watch TV. If you give people the option then of course they are going to take advantage of it. Don't stick signs on the computer saying it's broken when truth is you don't want anyone to use it after guest have looked at the sign stating for guest use. Don't single out one large group over another large group that was there conversing and making noise as well. Most of the family arrived on a Friday night and being we haven't seen each other in a least a year some sat in the lobby and talked and laughed. Well Sat. night we did the exact same thing but this time we were given 1 warning about the noise and within 10 minutes the front desk mgr. Doug Paul called the GM. The GM Pat Bryan made it very clear that if we didn't sit in HER lobby "quiet as church mice" she was going to call the police and we would have to leave HER hotel eventhough we booked at least 50 rooms. This would have been acceptable if we we're cursing, smoking, drinking, damaging property, and or fighting in the lobby but not for just sitting, laughing and reminscing with family. WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Good
This hotel is very convienant to the Malls and many other areas of interest. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was very nice. This is a nice hotel for the money. I will stay here again.
