The rooms are, at best, just above motel status. I did, however, enjoy the parking lot - as that was were I spent the night to avoid all the noise from adjacent revelers in other rooms. I'd give my rental car a 4.

We got a great deal on this hotel from Priceline and were a little concerned because of its location. It's near the Grand Traverse Mall and is actually 3 miles from downtown. It's not on the bay, but we didn't mind staying there in late December...
