The receptionist answered all my questions concerning the costs of the hotel and area dining in an efficient and friendly manner. I had some special needs requests that were met without any problems. The staff never acted as if any request I had was a nuisance or problem!

The lobby and rooms were to expectation. They were clean and when we requested extra items, housekeeping accommodated. We enjoyed our stay. They offered a continental breakfast and their staff was on top of it.

1..cookies not available at check-in (7 pm), but normally at desk for at least 2-4 hours! 2.. Would be nice if pool/hot tub could be available after 10 pm. Soundproofing is so good that there should not be a problem with late use by non-partyers. Pa
