traveling with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
During our stay our laptop computer was stolen from our room. We were traveling with 4 children. When we reported the theft, no one even bothered to check our room. Our children woke up crying and scared that someone was trying to get into the room. I notified the manager and the corporate office. I received a phone call back almost 1 month later. Horrible customer service and horrible management who does not know how to handle a bad situation. As the manager told me, "You get what you pay for here." I will never stay at this hotel or any other Marriott owned hotel again. If you have children, know that this hotel does not care about their safety.
