27 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel charged me three times for the same night. It took me a month to get it fixed. The problem occurred because a staff member swiped my credit card three times because they thought the machine was not reading it. The first several people I dealt with did nothing. Finally, I spoke with the manager and he was friendly and fixed the charges in two minutes.
I am not likely
to return to the Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall.
I would not recommend it to friends.
