Your business is always appreciated at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richmond, Northwest. The location, the comfort and the service were above average. It was a very nice place to stay.

It had a very friendly staff and was very clean. It was quiet, very comfortable, and peaceful.
It was a warm friendly setting. The bedding and furniture was enjoyable. The room was nice and warm.

Okay

I didn't know anything about Fairfield Inn before my stay, and I didn't expect it to be more than an okay room. I thought it was quite pleasant and overall the accommodations exceeded my expectations.
The staff was very nice and polite, consistent with most of the people I encountered in the Richmond area.

Mediocre

The rails were missing from the balcony. The breakfast was not enough. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been.
