The hotel was great in every aspect. The hotel looked brand new, staff service was phenominal, waterpark was a blast and the kids absolutely loved the hotel. They got so tired from playing in the waterpark and arcade the slept all night! Hotel ha

The waterpark that was attached to the hotel was one of the coolest amenities for our children. They couldn't get enough of the slides and also the free hot breakfast in the morning was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Staff was also so friendly and seemed to care about every aspect of our stay.

The first room I was given was dirty! There was a pop bottle and candy bar just under the bed (I kicked it - not knowing it was there).
The floor had clearly not been vacuumed and there was someone’s hair on the night stand. After complaining, I was given another room that wasn't much cleaner. The water rings were not cleaned from the previous guest. The bathroom counter was dirty from the previous guest and again, the floor had not been vacuumed.
The manager was very rude when checking out - and I had not mentioned the dirty rooms. I think she would have bit my head off had I said something! I would not stay here again. Not a good experience!
